Not to React but respond
Namaskar...Salaam...Hello...to everyone I’m here to
talk about some day to day life event we face.
We know that most of the time in our life we use to react on situation instead of living it...in better words I can say instead of accepting it. This is how exactly we behave...I guess most of us.
We know that most of the time in our life we use to react on situation instead of living it...in better words I can say instead of accepting it. This is how exactly we behave...I guess most of us.
So, let’s talk about the people with whom we generally
spend our mass hour (means most of the time), college student spend their time
with friends or classmates, office going people spend time with their colleagues, and the people who are
enjoying their life at home they face the most irritating group i.e neighbors
and relative...
In our life most of the time we come across a
situation when people criticize us, they criticize our work, they criticize the
way we are, they criticize even looks, even for studies we use to hear a lot. There are thousands of reasons out there which make us
sad...
So, how should we take these situations? Do we REACT
or Do we ACCEPT? both have huge difference. Everyone should ask this que to
themselves...because it is a very important thing to think about.
Lets talk about few situation...Do you abuse your boss
if he/she don't like your presentation (off course in your mind or in front of
your friends), do you start argument or fight with your classmate if they make fun of you, do you stop going outside your
house since your neighbors and relative think you are a loser...If you are reacting like this then we are gonna
discuss about that...
Now pay attention how our thought process works when
we come across a situation against us...साला boss खुद को समझता क्या है (what the hell he think about himself) कुत्ता कमीना mc bc and so on...and if we are being abused by our classmate then, first anger arises inside us... then, if anger increased bit more then we start arguing... if it
is raised even more, then maybe we start fighting...if it reached to its extreme may
be we plot their murder and in extreme cases they even convert their planning
into reality...Have you ever thought what loss you are doing to yourself in
mental level as well as physical level...you are polluting your thought as
well as your KARMA(action). In mental level you are destroying your peace and in
physical level you are destroying your health. THIS IS WHAT WE CALLED "REACTION".
So, what should we do to maintain our peace?Now, here
we will talk about accepting the situation...just try to accept the
things as it is instead of reacting on it. Since the time you started accepting
the situation you will see the POWER OF ACCEPTANCE. Just accept the truth of the
moment as it is For example:
i) Today my presentation was not good.
ii) I didn't clear the competitive exam .
iii) Today my friends made fun of me .
iv)my husband, wife, inlaws... whom soever...is not
happy with me...many more example are there add it by yourself.
Just accept the truth as it is without reacting, you
will do two most profitable things to yourself...first is, you will not
pollute your thought as well as your actions...second since you have accepted
the truth of the moment may be at that time itself or by the end of the day or may be
in few days....you become calm. The moment you become calm, you will realize
that you are calm enough to think about your problem in positive manner. And
this stage is very powerful, if you attain this stage be proud of
yourself...the miracle of this stage is you will stop fighting with your inner
world...जो आपको हमेशा डराता रहता है, कमजोर
कर देता है क्योंकि आज तक हम सिर्फ react करते आये है accept तो कभी किया नहीं...the moment you stop fighting with your inner world, next thing you have
to do is INTROSPECTION (खुद
को जाँचना)...this is the second
powerful tool...For example:
i) Fine my presentation was not good...try to examine
it one more time...where you lack...what your boss was seeking in your
presentation... explore all those section which you may have not touched at
first time...if you have already touched then
think what else you may can add to make it excellent...and trust me a calm
mind can go anywhere in this universe and fetch very important things for you in
thought itself...and I have faith on you that you will get few more things
to add on in your presentation.
ii)Okay fine I didn't clear my competitive exam... then do introspection...what problem you faced during
examination...did u forget the things...or you faced new type of que...or exam phobia. Whatever reason you get while introspection you will realise that you get answers while this process
itself...and whatever change your prepration is demanding add it in your
schedule....see, you become your own saviour.
iii) If in college you face any problem...then think
with calm mind...your present time as a student dose stand in front of these
silly things...this time is the most important time of your life because you
can shape your life as you were
dreaming about it since childhood. Then ask to yourself...is it important to
get involve in such rediculous things. Whatever it is...just think, is it
more valuable than your future...My dear Friend you need to use this time not to
destroy it...choose good friends and enjoy this time of your life.
iv) If your husband or wife or in laws or friends or
whomsoever is not happy with you about certain things...then again do
introspection...क्या मै बहस
करने की जगह कुछ और कर सकती थी? कुछ ऐसा कर देती य बोल देती जो बहस टाल देता य
चालू ही न होने देता...खुद से खोजो सारे सवालो के जवाब क्योंकि ये आपके
व्यक्तित्व को और ज्यादा निखारेगा और सुन्दर बनाएगा...but atleast try to intospect yourself...you will come
across so many thing which will help you to improve your relation.
देखा
सिर्फ एक acceptance का जादू आपका व्यक्तित्व कैसे निखार सकता है...
Please just for
a week try to practice it, if u really find some change in your behavior as
well as in your surroundings, then add it in your habbit...and a good habit
can change your life miraculously...लोगों
का नजरिया निश्चित ही आपके लिए
बदलेगा ...
And always
remember one thing...
" If in this moment you didn't achieve your goal,
it dosen't mean you will not achieve it ever..."
" Have faith on you..."
"Just accept the moment and start working on
it"

है...क्या आप ऐसे ही रियेक्ट करते करते ज़िन्दगी
बिताना चाहते है य हर क्षण अपने व्यक्तित्व में काम करते हुए खुद को निखारना चाहते
है...
One more thing “Think wisely...act wisely...live
